My car buying experience was outstanding here at Oakland Acura. My salesperson Johnny T. was the calmest, coolheaded, and down to earth person I've ever met. He was extremely transparent, professional, and worked his hardest to get me the best deal possible (hint: not sticker price). The deal was so good that I bought another car the very next day! Johnny gave me first class customer service that I will never forget and his demeanor and professionalism is top notch. I wish there were more people like Johnny at other dealerships! The finance director Ray was another gentleman who gave me the impression of an older uncle who will take care of all of your needs beyond just finance. I'm glad to have interacted with him on several occasions. When Johnny wasn't here then Ray was the man to go to! I didn't get the chance to meet Jason the manager, but he made the deal work for all of us! Thank you. Overall, what I truly appreciate about this dealership is that they had a lot of inventory/options on hand, and they had no mark ups or crazy dealership add ons. Unlike their competitors, I felt comfortable giving them my business and they definitely went above and beyond to earn it! I had the best experience purchasing my car here. The sales rep who helped us, Amanda, was amazing and made the process so easy. She was super knowledgeable on the car and I did not feel pressured AT ALL. I would highly recommend coming to see her if you're planning a visit. The sale manager and finance team were also super helpful and I felt like everyone really went above and beyond to make sure I got the car I wanted on the best possible terms. We were in and out in about 3 hours and I left with my new car. Thank you Amanda!

I went to Oakland Acura to have my new license plate put back on my car after the old one was stolen. Unfortunately, they had just closed, and I saw a gentleman, Paul, the service manager, leaving and I explained my situation. Without a second thought, he went inside to get a drill, screws and license plate brackets and proceeded to install my plate. He even installed the matching bracket for my other plate. Paul's sincere hospitality was way above what I expected. His kindness was overwhelming. He is an asset to Oakland Acura!! That is where I will purchase my next Acura without a doubt!!

Go to this Acura dealership. It's in a commercial part of Oakland. Ask for Gary for your service. He does a phonemenal job! Paul the service manager is excellent as well. They both have amazing customer service

It's refreshing to see a car dealership that is based on hospitality and taking care of their clients.I was looking for a used Acura Integra and after seeing a handleful of good prices on some vehicles I was skeptical of being taken advantage of. I looked at the reviews of all the dealerships and they all looked untrustyworthy except Oakland Acura so I decided to check out this one and I was glad I did.
