Oakland Acura completely changed my perception of car dealerships and sales. After bad experiences at other dealerships I needed someone to step their game up. I reached out to Johnny who I had test driven with a couple of months prior, he responded right away and remembered exactly what I was looking for. We did most of the talking over text which was stress free. Couple days later he sends me a pic with #1 choice and says it's available. I then stopped by for paperwork and drove off with it the same day. There was no pressure, no forced upselling, no games. Just a straightforward and most importantly honest experience. Was also able to get a better rate than my credit union/banks.

Carlos was an expert car salesman that went above and beyond my expectations. I traveled from Sacramento to Oakland, after talking to many salesman and dealerships in the area. I was very nervous about purchasing my first new electric vehicle and I did lots of research. I love all the features Acura has to offer. This is my 3rd Acura, but my first electric vehicle and I am truly impressed. The Acura ZDX is AMAZING!! Almost as AMAZING as Carlos. LoL. I wouldn't have been able to navigate my first electric vehicle purchase on my own. Carlos explained every detail of the car line by line, from start to finish, including the lease. I HIGHLY RECCOMEND CARLOS AT OAKLAND ACURA!! If you're even considering buying a new or used vehicle in the bay area, give him a call!

Jason Towns-Slaughter. This is all you need to remember if you are planning to bring your Acura in for service. He is fantastic!I have brought in my Acura before and my previous experiences were okay. I get nervous each time because once, a service rep told me I may only receive a ride one way which meant I had to figure out how to return to pick up my car on my own. And this was after I was told when making the appointment I would receive a loaner. According to him, no loaner and only one ride either back home or to pick up but not both. Then after agreeing to a ride home and figuring out how to get back to dealership to pick up my car, he informs me I live beyond the 6 miles radius they will provide rides for. Luckily I was saved by a different service tech who called me an Uber home. I did have to arrange my own way back to pick up my car though.Today, I was helped by Jason. JT is the man! He not only provided me with an Uber both ways, but he greeted me with a smile, was super personable, and just a wonderful service tech to do business with. As long as Jason is there, I will be returning and telling anyone who will listen to go to Oakland Acura and ask for Jason!

I drove from Silicon Valley to Oakland to lease my new ZDX, it was worth it and the sales person Carlos was great and straight forward, made my purchase smooth and easy, his manager Jason was great as well, my transaction was fast and I felt treated like a family. Ray at finance explained all finance in details and I left home with my incredible ZDX. Im referring all my friends and family to Oakland Acura to purchase their cars, thank you Oakland Acura!!!
