Acura Certified Pre-Owned Vehicles. "Barely Broken In."

Acura Certified Pre-Owned Vehicles (ACPV) Program

When dealers participating in the ACPV program acquire well-maintained, low-mileage, pre-owned Acura vehicles, they have the option to qualify those vehicles for inclusion in the program. Participating dealers are required to perform a stringent 150-point mechanical and appearance inspection and a complete reconditioning of the vehicle at their dealership.

Once a vehicle has met the certification requirements, dealers may lease or retail these ACPV vehicles. Each vehicle is backed by a 12-month or 12,000-mile (7 years or 100,000 miles on the powertrain) factory Limited Warranty. For added peace of mind, an optional Acura Care Certified Additional Coverage plan may be purchased through the Vehicle Service Contract.

The Limited Warranty and Vehicle Service Contracts available from an authorized ACPV dealership cannot be matched by "superstore"-style used-car retailers, nor can any competitor offer Acura pre-owned vehicles with such an extensive factory-backed Limited Warranty.

Eligibility
To be eligible, Acura models must be six years old or newer with less than 80,000 miles. Vehicles must meet stringent certification standards, and be sold and registered in the United States (no gray-market vehicles).

Experience peace of mind

The certification process starts with a careful selection. Only well-maintained late-model Acuras are even considered. Each "candidate" must then pass a comprehensive 150-point inspection. Virtually every mechanical system-from the engine to the door locks-is checked and serviced to meet stringent Acura specifications. A conscientious appearance inspection scrutinizes fit and finish, inside and out. And each vehicle is reconditioned to offer a "like-new" ownership experience.
