I have to say that while I thought my experience with the [Dealer Name Removed] folks was great, the Oakland staff - from sales to service - have surpassed them. I toy with the idea of getting some other car (Audis are kind of cute...) but every time I turn the engine over in my Acura TL and hear that fabulous 'vroom vroom' - I think that my next new car will probably be an Acura as well and that I'd buy it from you all. I like the car wash vouchers better as the Union 76 station did a much more thorough job

I requested an explanation for why I was having trouble charging my cell phone via the charger unit in my RL. Former advisors did not give me answer that made sense. Webster explained everything clearly and I have

The service at Oakland Acura is always outstanding. This time around, the mechanic put a hole in my back seat by accident. And when I went to pick up the car, there was some confusion in the sales office over
whether I owed money for a service that was covered by warranty. But Mr. Catucci solved the paperwork issue, and Mr. Medley solved the seat repair. You have turned manure into strawberries, which is what any top
flight business would do. I have recommended Oakland Acura in the past and will continue to do so in the future.

The service at Oakland Acura is always outstanding. This time around, the mechanic put a hole in my back seat by accident. And when I went to pick up the car, there was some confusion in the sales office over
whether I owed money for a service that was covered by warranty. But Mr. Catucci solved the paperwork issue, and Mr. Medley solved the seat repair. You have turned manure into strawberries, which is what any top
flight business would do. I have recommended Oakland Acura in the past and will continue to do so in the future.
